- Send it completed to the secretariat: Česká imunologická společnost, z. s., Vídeňská 1083, 142 20 Prague 4, or by email to cis@immunology.cz.
- Pay the membership fee to the account:

Please report changes to your membership (for example starting maternity or parental leave, or defending your PhD) to the secretariat. Give your email address and, if possible, a current phone number so that we can keep you informed.
