An award for original work on natural and anti-tumour immunity and immunity in surgery. It was first awarded for 2007; in 2015 it was called the Milan Pospíšil and Mario Campa award, and it has had its current name since 2020. It is awarded annually for the work of the previous year and funded by Fondazione ARPA (Pisa, Italy).
Application deadline: 10 November 2026. The awards are presented at the general assembly in December together with the pre-Christmas seminar.
Who can apply (2026)
- the first author of an original article in natural and anti-tumour immunity or immunity in surgery
- a ČIS member since January 2025 or earlier
- employed by a Czech institution, with the work carried out in the Czech Republic
- the publication carries the year 2025
- an article may be entered in only one ČIS competition, and only in one year
